Responsibilities
Support viewers with account issues, billing questions, streaming/content inquiries, and basic site navigation
Recommend suitable streaming products during interactions
Navigate multiple systems and document all interactions accurately
Manage back-to-back calls/chats in a high-volume environment
Qualification
Required
High school diploma/GED
1+ year of customer service (call center preferred)
Strong communication, typing, and navigation skills
Proficiency with Windows, Excel, Word, Google Docs
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and handle high contact volume
Reliable transportation for onsite work
Call Center Telephone Skills Assessment
Background check
Rehire‑eligible if previously with Disney/Hulu
