Information Technology
Responsibilities
Review and screen applications based on predefined criteria
Communicate with candidates professionally and promptly
Manage and update hiring steps within applicant tracking/HR systems
Ensure accuracy and consistency in all documentation
Escalate questions or concerns using sound judgment
Coordinate with hiring managers and program staff
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
Support high-volume hiring workflows and prioritize tasks effectively
Qualification
Required
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to learn new systems (ATS/HR software) quickly
