Responsibilities

Contribute to developing and customizing Salesforce features using Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, and declarative tools to meet business needs
Integrate third-party applications like Amazon Connect and LiveVox as required
Test, troubleshoot, and debug code and integrations, ensuring smooth operation in production
Document technical processes and troubleshoot issues promptly to minimize disruption
Work with modern development pipelines and tools such as ADO, managing code delivery through various stages

Required

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent work experience
Over six years of development experience, with at least four years specifically working on Salesforce platforms
Proven knowledge of Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds, along with proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Experience with web services (SOAP and REST), modern IDEs, version control tools, and relational databases
Familiarity with Agile methodologies, pipelines, and deployment tools like SFDX and Git
Ability to learn new technologies quickly and collaborate effectively within fast-paced teams
