Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone
Assist customers with account information, transactions, online banking, and general support
Troubleshoot issues and provide accurate, timely solutions
Maintain professionalism, empathy, and clear communication at all times
Protect customer privacy and handle sensitive information appropriately
Meet performance and service quality goals set by the department
Qualification
Required
1–2 years of customer service experience (call center, retail, hospitality, or similar roles welcome)
Strong verbal communication and problem‑solving skills
Comfortable navigating computer systems, web-based tools, and multitasking
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
High level of professionalism and attention to detail
Preferred
Prior experience in a financial or call center environment is a plus
