Responsibilities
Responding to inbound customer calls and providing accurate, friendly, and efficient assistance
Researching account information and utilizing internal systems to resolve customer questions
Handling confidential customer data with professionalism and discretion
Coordinating with other departments when necessary to ensure customer needs are met
Maintaining performance metrics and contributing to team goals
Providing a positive, solutions-focused experience with every interaction
Qualification
Required
2+ years of customer service experience, or comparable experience in retail, sales, hospitality, or financial services
Strong verbal communication skills and a high level of professionalism
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive, customer-focused attitude
Comfort using computers, internet applications, and basic troubleshooting
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and accuracy
Dependable, punctual, and committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences
Preferred
Experience in a call center or contact center environment
Familiarity with banking or financial terminology
Ability to meet performance targets in a metric-driven workplace
