Responsibilities
Design technical specifications in partnership with product teams to meet safety and content moderation needs
Develop and maintain large-scale, high-quality data pipelines for real-time and batch processing
Architect, deploy, and operate backend services capable of supporting millions of users and large data volumes
Provide technical leadership within your team and influence backend/data architecture across the organization
Contribute to a culture of experimentation and innovation through participation in hack days and hack weeks
Qualification
Required
Proven experience delivering scalable, end-to-end production data and backend solutions
Skilled in designing modular architectures for complex, ambiguous problems
Expertise with Ray, Hendrix, Scio, Java, Python, Dbt, BigQuery, and SQL
Demonstrated ability to collaborate across multiple disciplines and teams
Interest or experience in owning and managing complex systems in dynamic environments
