Responsibilities
Serve as a primary contact for customers, assisting with questions, problem-solving, and providing guidance across a variety of banking-related topics
Work closely with a team dedicated to delivering excellent service
Have opportunities to earn additional incentives based on individual performance
Qualification
Required
Strong communication skills and a customer‑first mindset
Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment
Professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive information
1–2 years of customer service experience, preferably in retail, sales, or a financial setting
Previous call center experience is a plus
Comfortable working with computers and web‑based tools
