Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of assigned remodeling projects from planning through closeout
Allocate labor and trade contractor resources effectively to maintain the budget and schedule
Supervise on-site personnel; lead weekly site meetings and maintain clear communication with teams
Interface with inspectors, architects, engineers, and municipal officials in NH and MA
Pull building permits and ensure compliance with all local codes
Estimate and prepare change orders; track project costs and variances
Maintain accurate documentation, progress updates, and client communication
Uphold company standards for quality, safety, and professionalism on every job site
Qualification
Required
10 or more years of Residential Construction experience (Design/Build remodeling required)
3 or more years of Residential Remodeling Project Management experience
Ability to oversee and manage up to 4 active projects simultaneously
Strong knowledge of residential construction methods and building codes
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, Project, and construction management software (JobTread knowledge a plus)
Ability to read blueprints and interpret specifications accurately
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Strong negotiation and client relationship abilities
Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and organized under pressure
