Work directly with Finance Managers and Accounting to ensure prompt and ethical processing of all deals
Package car deals, make appropriate copies of doucments and send correct financial institution
Review documents from vehicle sales for compliance completion
Understand deadlines and be able to apply the appropriate sense of urgencey for all tasks
Qualification
Required
Must have previous customer service experience
Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends
Excellent phone and in person communication skills
Professional personal appearance
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills; and ability to work in a team environment
Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
Possess the energy and drive to accomplish goals, meet deadlines and find solutions
Strong written and oral communication skills. Must have the ability to compose clear and concise correspondence regarding the relevant subject matter
Preferred
Previous experience in automotive industry
Reynolds and Reynolds experience
Bilingual in English/Spanish
