Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of HCBS Services in your assigned area
Ensure compliance with HCBS standards, state codes, and internal policies
Coordinate and develop Person Centered Service Plans (PCSPs)
Supervise and support staff, including hiring, training, evaluations, and scheduling
Maintain communication with families, service providers, and funding bodies
Monitor individual rights, safety, and service quality
Participate in on-call rotation and fill shifts as needed
Manage documentation, funding authorizations, and individual records
Promote a positive culture and proactive risk management
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a related field with 2+ years of experience working with individuals with disabilities OR Associate's degree with 4+ years of relevant experience
Prior supervisory experience required
Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and proof of auto insurance
As part of the job requirements applicants must have satisfactory results on a background check
Preferred
Knowledge of HCBS and Habilitation programs preferred
