Responsibilities
Analyze Meta, Google, and TikTok performance to guide content iterations and optimize resource allocation
Conduct site diagnostics to identify drop-off points. You’ll design and help execute fixes to boost conversion rates
Build the logic for repeat business—including loyalty frameworks and private domain (email/SMS) strategies
Ensure our visuals, site structure, and UX resonate naturally with US consumer trends and aesthetics
Qualification
Required
5+ years in US DTC eCommerce
Proven track record of scaling a brand (Home, Fashion, or Lifestyle) from 0 to 1
Deep knowledge of US consumer behavior and the tools used to optimize the 'Buy' button
Ability to break high-level goals into actionable steps for the team to execute
Preferred
Direct experience in the POD (Print-on-Demand) business model
Deep roots in US subcultures or experience living/working in the States
A background in supply chain integration or product selection strategy
