The Senior Field Strategist will serve as the primary technical contact for customers, translating operational needs into solutions and supporting system integrations and field exercises.

Responsibilities
Serve as primary technical point of contact for customers, gathering requirements and translating operational needs into solutions
Architect and implement system integrations connecting Darkhive platforms with customer networks, tactical radios, and C2 systems
Configure, deploy, and troubleshoot TAK ecosystem components
Support field exercises, demonstrations, and deployments, diagnosing issues in real-time and ensuring mission success
Create and troubleshoot tactical radio networks, including MANET and mesh radio configurations
Collaborate with engineering teams to communicate customer feedback and inform product development
Create and maintain technical documentation including integration guides and network diagrams
Support unmanned system integration across multiple domains including autonomy and swarm operations
Qualification
Required
Strong experience crafting and executing test plans for complex system integrations
Prior U.S. military experience, particularly in roles involving C4ISR, communications, or unmanned systems
Familiarity with ATO/cATO processes and DoD cybersecurity requirements
Experience with Python or other rapid prototyping languages
Preferred
U.S. Military Veteran
An active security clearance (this is not a requirement for the position)
