Required

Ph.D. in mechanical or materials engineering
Proficiency in materials modeling software (LAMMPS and at least one advanced FEM software)

Demonstrated experience in independent research and publication in reputable journals
Programming skills in Python
Basic knowledge of experimental materials characterization and ability to correlate computational and experimental results
Strong Writing Skills And Experience Developing Research Proposals
Positive attitude, growth mindset, passion, tenacity, time management skills, and willingness to learn
Current residency in the United States and valid U.S. work authorization through at least December 2026
BSc and MSc in mechanical or civil engineering
Strong background in multiscale modeling and simulation of materials (molecular dynamics and FEM) and machine learning
Familiarity with microscopy
Strong writing skills
Positive attitude, growth mindset, passion, tenacity, time management skills, and willingness to learn
