The role involves developing business strategies, engaging clients, and driving sales and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement business strategies that align with company goals and market opportunities
Client Engagement: Provide expert guidance on staffing investments and infrastructure-focused business opportunities
Sales Oversight: Lead regional sales and client engagement initiatives to drive pipeline development and revenue growth
Team Leadership: Mentor and manage direct reports, fostering performance and accountability
Lead Generation: Use data mining, networking, and outreach to discover and qualify new leads
Consultative Selling: Confidently communicate the value and capabilities of the organization to prospective clients
Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings with qualified prospects to generate revenue and build long-term client loyalty
Pipeline Management: Develop and nurture a pipeline from initial contact to closed business
Sales Coordination: Transfer qualified opportunities to appropriate sales team members for follow-up and conversion

Required

10 years of experience
Associate's Degree
5+ years of experience as an Account Manager, Account Executive, or Sales Executive
Experience working with leading staffing agencies such as Randstad, AppleOne, Robert Half, Allegis, Kelly Services, Adecco, or Manpower
Strong understanding of sales cycles, lead generation, and B2B marketing
Demonstrated sound judgment and decision-making abilities
Highly self-motivated, accountable, and results-oriented
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Proven ability to build trust and collaboration across business relationships
Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based
Must be willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint
Must be willing to submit to drug screening
