Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive assessments of existing human resource practices to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement within the organization
Collaborate with leadership to design and implement policies and procedures that ensure compliance with employment laws and industry best practices
Perform other job-related duties as assigned
Provide expert advice on talent management strategies, including recruitment, onboarding, and succession planning, to enhance organizational effectiveness
Develop customized training and development programs tailored to the specific needs of the institution to foster employee growth and skill enhancement
Facilitate workshops and training sessions for managers and employees on various Human Resource topics, including performance management, leadership development, and employee engagement
Analyze Human Resource metrics and data to provide insights and recommendations that inform strategic decision-making and improve overall human resource functions
Assist in the development and implementation of compensation and benefits programs that attract and retain top talent while aligning with the institution's budget
Serve as a resource for managers and employees by providing guidance on complex Human Resource issues and facilitating effective communication throughout the organization
Prepare detailed reports and presentations that summarize findings, recommendations, and action plans for improving human resource practices and outcomes

Required

Bachelor's Degree in related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience
Six or more years of relevant experience
Consulting mindset with the ability to advise clients on HR risk management, workforce strategy, and partner with SME's on the development of scalable, sustainable solutions
Proven experience supporting or leading initiatives related to talent acquisition strategy, complex employee relations performance management and compliance
Strong ability to coach junior team members and functional department managers
Ability to adapt and adjust to a fast pace, evolving and often ambiguous environment
Commitment to effective, open, and transparent communication, with the ability to clearly articulate complex concepts, actively listen to stakeholders, foster collaboration, and build trust across clients, teams, and leadership levels
Professional level generalist knowledge of human resources administrative practices including those related to recruitment/staffing, compensation/benefits, employee relations, performance management, training and workforce planning
Skill in the use of office computer applications and HRMS databases

Master's Degree
