Develop and implement procedures and techniques to reduce process variation and manufacturing delays
Collaborate with customers, customer service, distribution, manufacturing, finance and suppliers in the manufacturing process to ensure production optimization, quality standards and customer expectations are met or exceeded
Provide recommendations to management on equipment and process modifications
Plan, assign and review work of staff to ensure department objectives are met
Train, develop and manage staff

Appropriate knowledge of technical manufacturing processes, continuous improvement principles and practices, customers and markets
Strong computer skills

Preferred

Significant professional experience in a manufacturing facility preferred
Experienced Supervisor or Lead Person preferred
Undergraduate college degree (preferred) or equivalent experience
