Office Administrator
ALPLA Group is a global family-owned company specializing in innovative, customized, recycled packaging. They are seeking an Office Administrator to support management by disseminating information, managing shipping and receiving, and organizing travel arrangements.
Manufacturing
Responsibilities
Shipping and Receiving (Fed Ex, UPS, DHL etc.)
Prepares domestic and international shipments
Provides traceability of incoming and outgoing packages
Collects and enters data for production into AlplaProd
Travel arrangements
Airlines/hotels/shuttles/scheduling and trouble shooting
Expense reports
Project support
Procurement
Office materials
Office supplies
Arranges food/facility accommodation for visitors
Oversight for appearance of offices/site
Qualification
Required
Min 2 year Degree (Associates) in related field or equivalent
2 years of experience preferred
Strong organizational skills
Good computer skills – Excel, Word, Power Point
