Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality customer experience ensuring the customers' needs are met
Process basic to complex financial service transactions with a focus on detecting and reporting fraud
Take a consultative approach to identifying opportunities of benefit for customers
Assist customers in depository account opening and maintenance on deposit accounts
Support the Relationship Manager with day-to-day tasks to ensure branch efficiency and compliance with regulatory requirements
Contribute to the overall branch sales goal and coach branch colleagues
Qualification
Required
Associate's degree in business or related field required
One to three years' experience in a sales and/or service-oriented position and prior cash handling experience required
Demonstrated excellent customer service skills required
Ability to use computer to input and retrieve data required
Preferred
Prior supervisory experience preferred
