Responsibilities
Assist in preparing, documenting, and maintaining supporting schedules for quarterly and annual financial statements
Serve as the primary liaison with external auditors, coordinating requests, explaining analyses, and providing supporting documentation during audits and reviews
Prepare and coordinate the submission of U.S. regulatory reports, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery
Manage, reconcile, and document financial reporting analyses and special projects driven by management or auditors’ requests
Research and interpret U.S. GAAP, evaluate reporting requirements, and support the resolution of accounting issues using authoritative guidance
Develop a comprehensive understanding of how the company’s financial, operational, and strategic processes impact reporting and disclosures
Represent the Financial Reporting team in cross-functional meetings and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and efficient reporting processes
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Minimum of 2+ years of experience in financial reporting, accounting, audit, or related roles
Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with limited supervision
Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and organizational skills
