Responsibilities
Serve as a liaison between the dealers and Stellantis to assist in all areas of retail development including: Forecasting retail sales objectives by vehicle line
Ensuring the dealer orders meet market demand and managing monthly vehicle scheduling
Ensure maximum production capability within the area
Reviewing minimum sales responsibility (MSR) and provide consultation on improvement opportunities
Review and analysis of dealer financial statements
Consult with dealers on areas of opportunity to improve their retail operations
Ensure that advertising and marketing initiatives are consistent with the corporate message and branding guidelines
Ensure proper levels of sales satisfaction are present at all dealerships
Motivate and lead independent entrepreneurs to higher levels of performance while meeting internal goals
Qualification
Required
Must live in or be willing to relocate to South Phoenix
Experience in sales management or a related field
Ability to forecast retail sales objectives by vehicle line
Experience in managing dealer orders to meet market demand
Ability to manage monthly vehicle scheduling
Experience in reviewing minimum sales responsibility (MSR)
Ability to provide consultation on improvement opportunities
Experience in reviewing and analyzing dealer financial statements
Ability to consult with dealers on areas of opportunity to improve retail operations
Experience in ensuring advertising and marketing initiatives are consistent with corporate message and branding guidelines
Ability to ensure proper levels of sales satisfaction at all dealerships
Experience in motivating and leading independent entrepreneurs to higher levels of performance
