Responsibilities
Assists with completing timecard approvals and employee record keeping via ADP
Communicates professionally with employees needing guidance on ADP functions
Audits employee time keeping ensuring compliance with company policies
Maintains records of employee documents and works with other departments to ensure timely follow-up
Assists with creating reports via ADP to track various employee trends
Assists supervision with administrative/clerical tasks
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or Executive Assistant
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and lamination machines
Computer-literate with proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Word, etc.)
DOJ/FBI Live Scan Background & TB Clearance
Effective interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks
Problem-solving ability and proven accuracy with detailed information
Proficient written and verbal English language communication skills, including business writing and professional telephone manner
Reliability, dependability and flexibility
Preferred
AA or bachelor's degree preferred (Prior to employment, degree verification must be provided)
Pro-Act, CPI and/or CPR certification helpful
Working knowledge of standard business practices and procedures
Computer-literate; knowledge of standard company software applications, internet
