Travel Arrangements
Responsibilities
Travel to various branch locations, as assigned, to assist when short-staffed
Assist members in accordance with operating procedures of the Credit Union, performing basic teller functions under minimal supervision
Cross-sells all RRCU services
Balance cash drawer daily
Responsible for the security of their own negotiables until signed over to the proper designated employee
Alert to warnings of fraud
Assist with advanced teller functions
Adheres to all Red River Employees Federal Credit Union policies and procedures
Performs other related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Twelve months or more of teller experience and must have worked at a level II teller
High school diploma or the equivalent
Competent computer skills and use of standard office equipment
Friendly, outgoing individual with good communication skills and professional demeanor
Ability to meet, speak, and deal effectively with people, being professional always
Must maintain a neat and professional appearance
Ability to transport and reposition heavy bags of coin
Ability to stand on feet for long periods of time
Ability to operate standard teller equipment with or without reasonable accommodation
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
