Haystack is working with UniFirst to find a skilled MuleSoft Developer to design, develop, and implement enterprise integration solutions using the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform. This role focuses on building secure and scalable integrations utilizing modern API-led connectivity and DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy MuleSoft APIs, STL flows, and P2P integrations using Anypoint Studio and CloudHub

Translate functional and technical specifications into secure, scalable MuleSoft solutions

Implement integration patterns and develop mUnit test suites for high code coverage

Support API lifecycle management and configure logging, monitoring, and alerting (Splunk, Anypoint Monitoring)

Collaborate on Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines for MuleSoft deployments and assist in production troubleshooting

Use AI-driven tools like Cursor AI Editor to accelerate development, testing, and documentation workflows

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field

5+ years of enterprise integration development experience, including 2+ years with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform

MuleSoft Certified Developer (Level 1) is required

Strong experience with API-led architecture, STL, P2P integrations, and knowledge of secure protocols (SFTP, TLS, OAuth)

Proficiency in mUnit testing and experience with Azure DevOps and Git for CI/CD processes

Strong SQL skills (Oracle, SQL Server, DB2) and working knowledge of Azure integration services
