Membership Front Desk Attendant
The YMCA of Southern Nevada is one of the region’s longest-serving and most-respected nonprofit organizations. They are seeking engaging and welcoming Membership Front Desk Attendants to perform reception duties including greeting guests, processing memberships, and providing information about programs and services.

Responsibilities
Promote, sell, and process membership enrollments
Process special program and camp registrations
Operate computerized cash register
Greet members in person and over the phone with a customer friendly attitude
Monitor building access
Develop a positive work relationship with staff and members
Adhere to policies related to boundaries with children
Attend required abuse risk management training
Report suspicious or inappropriate behaviors and policy violations
Follow mandated abuse reporting requirements
Adhere to job specific abuse risk management responsibilities
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED
Ability to use a computer and learn new software programs
Strong attention to detail
Friendly and outgoing personality
American Red Cross CPR/ First Aid for the Professional Rescuer (with AED) Certification within 30 days of hire
Minimum age of 18
Preferred
One to three months related experience or training preferred
