This role will serve as a strategic partner to the leadership team, driving structured planning, data-based decision-making, and organizational alignment across various high-impact workstreams.

Responsibilities
Serve as a strategic partner to the North America Chassis Purchasing leadership team
Enable disciplined execution, robust prioritization, and executive-ready reporting across a range of high-impact workstreams
Drive structured planning, data-based decision-making, and organizational alignment across topics such as tariff management and mitigation, TPC / should-cost analysis, performance tracking, and cross-functional program execution
Work across a broad group of stakeholders—from engineering to cost, finance, suppliers, and purchasing leadership
Temporarily assume continuity responsibilities for certain key strategic workflows—ensuring business rhythm, reporting cadence, and decision support remain uninterrupted
Qualification
Required
Experience in strategic planning and execution within a purchasing or supply chain environment
Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform data-based decision-making
Proven ability to manage multiple high-impact workstreams simultaneously
Excellent communication skills to work across various stakeholders including engineering, finance, and suppliers
Demonstrated leadership capabilities with visibility to senior management
Ability to thrive in fast-moving environments and bring order to complexity
