Responsibilities

Oversee all day-to-day functions of the Lexington location
Coaching and developing a team of Inside Sales professionals and support staff for ongoing growth and improvement
Align their team’s action with the Regional Sales Manager’s broader regional sales strategy
Work with Leadership to drive growth initiatives and overall CBT business goals
Resolve customer inquiries with your team
Identify and implement process improvements to ensure that all operations contribute to the branch’s growth targets
Review daily order/quote reports
Address discrepancies in invoicing
Meet face-to-face with a customer off-site

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
5–10 years of progressive sales experience
2–5 years of sales leadership or management experience
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Experience managing a branch, territory, or business unit
Strong understanding of sales forecasting, budgeting, and performance metrics
Strong leadership and people management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to motivate, coach, and manage performance effectively
Sound business judgment and decision-making skills
Proficiency with CRM systems and standard sales reporting tools
Strong organizational and time-management skills
