Corporate Quality Assurance Manager
Jefferson Wells is seeking a Corporate Quality Manager for a leading food manufacturer. The role involves overseeing quality systems and food safety programs, developing corporate quality policies, and leading audit readiness and compliance efforts.

Responsibilities
Oversee the quality systems and food safety programs across manufacturing facilities
Develop, implement, and maintain corporate quality policies and programs
Monitor and analyze quality KPIs and implement corrective actions
Collaborate with R&D and Operations on new product introductions
Lead internal and third-party audit readiness and compliance
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Engineering, or related discipline
10-15 years of QA Management experience in canned goods manufacturing
Thermal Processing Experience and knowledge of FDA regulations
Strong leadership and project management skills
Ability to travel to the Milton, PA facility as needed (less than 20%)
