Responsibilities
Lead the execution of capital projects, including developing scopes of work, user requirements, project plans, budgets, and cost controls
Ensure all phases of the project delivery process, such as Front-End Engineering and Start-Up Management, are followed effectively
Develop and manage project schedules to meet objectives, coordinating with engineering and construction teams
Establish project practices and procedures related to safety, quality, cost, and schedule adherence
Communicate project status, outages, and potential risks to upper management, acting as the primary link between project teams and leadership
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Computer, etc.)
3-5 years of experience in project management or construction management
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams
Preferred
Previous experience in a food manufacturing environment
Knowledge of programming and controls is advantageous
