Responsibilities

Own end-to-end circuit design, from system architecture and schematic development through validation
Design, build, and validate electronic systems for high-volume consumer products
Lead schematic capture and drive or review PCB layout using OrCAD and Allegro to ensure design intent
Develop and integrate hardware architectures across multi-component systems
Conduct hands-on board bring-up, system-level testing, validation, and debugging in a lab environment
Collaborate with software, mechanical, and manufacturing teams to ensure cohesive system design
Interface directly with clients to gather requirements, lead design reviews, and provide technical direction
Perform root cause analysis and implement effective hardware design improvements

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering preferred
7+ years of experience in hardware or electrical design engineering
Proven ownership of schematic and circuit design for consumer electronic products
Experience designing and validating power, analog, and digital circuits
Proficiency with OrCAD Capture and Allegro PCB Editor
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and lab debugging skills
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain design decisions to clients
Hands-on experience supporting hardware through the full product lifecycle
