Mid LevelStellantis is seeking a Control Tower & Field Quality Engineer to join their North America Quality organization at the Headquarters & Technical Center in Auburn Hills, MI. The role involves assisting in the administration and coordination of multiple vehicle systems, managing project schedules, and leading the resolution of warranty-related issues.

Responsibilities
Facilitating cross functional project meetings
Compile project status reports, coordinate project schedules, agendas, minutes and correspondence
Identify and analyze system requirements, and define project scope, requirements, and deliverables involving multiple stakeholders
Lead the resolution of warranty related issues - Accountable for problem solving process, proposed solution, validation, and weekly progress
Lead Triage - warranty claims review, sorting claims and bucketing, review and call vehicles at dealers, support Stellantis/Suppliers review at Quality Engineering Center and Manufacturing locations
Establish & validate containment & permanent actions at Stellantis / Supplier Plants by physically reviewing the product/process changes, internal metrics and control plan update
Maintain project timelines
Qualification
Required
Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures for automotive and powertrain development
Ability to facilitate cross functional project meetings
Experience in compiling project status reports
Experience in coordinating project schedules, agendas, minutes, and correspondence
Ability to identify and analyze system requirements
Ability to define project scope, requirements, and deliverables involving multiple stakeholders
Experience in leading the resolution of warranty related issues
Accountability for problem solving process, proposed solution, validation, and weekly progress
Experience in leading Triage - warranty claims review, sorting claims and bucketing
Ability to review and call vehicles at dealers
Support for Stellantis/Suppliers review at Quality Engineering Center and Manufacturing locations
