Responsibilities
Provide strategic leadership and oversight for all outpatient service operations, ensuring alignment with the organization’s mission and objectives
Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices to improve efficiency and quality of care
Monitor performance metrics, patient satisfaction, and clinical outcomes; identify trends and implement strategies for improvement
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and internal policies
Collaborate with the CEO, COO, and other executives to drive growth initiatives and expand outpatient services
Manage budgets, staffing plans, and resource allocation for outpatient facilities
Lead and mentor clinic managers and staff, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability
Oversee scheduling, patient flow, and operational processes to maximize efficiency and patient access
Serve as a liaison between outpatient teams and corporate leadership, ensuring clear communication and alignment
Travel regularly to outpatient locations to assess operations, provide support, and implement strategic initiatives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field required; Master's degree preferred
7+ years of experience in healthcare operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
Must be open to frequent travel across multiple locations
Strong understanding of outpatient care delivery models and regulatory requirements
Proven ability to manage budgets, staffing, and operational workflows
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to analyze operational data and implement process improvements
A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
Preferred
Experience in mental health or behavioral healthcare strongly preferred
