The Account Manager will be responsible for the daily maintenance of client sites, to include direct supervision and training of cleaning staff
Supervising and coordinating activities of staff engaged in cleaning and maintaining premises of the client sites
Demonstrate leadership and retaining the right people to support the growth of our account
Engaging and having direct contact with our workforce every day to create a great employee experience
Creating 'Raving Fans' of our client through positive customer relationships
Identifying opportunities that improve our client’s services and deliver growth
Proactively lead safety initiatives to ensure a safe work environment for all employees
Qualification
Required
Demonstrate leadership and retaining the right people to support the growth of our account
