Responsibilities
Provide Level 1 technical support to internal teams and clients via ticketing systems, email, and chat
Assist in monitoring system performance and reporting incidents or anomalies
Document IT processes, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in the knowledge base
Collaborate with senior IT staff to resolve hardware, software, and network issues
Participate in routine maintenance and updates of IT systems
Support user onboarding/offboarding and access management under supervision
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (recent graduates encouraged to apply)
Foundational understanding of IT concepts: networking, hardware, operating systems (Windows, Linux, or macOS), and software applications
Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Legal authorization to work in the United States
Preferred
Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow, Zendesk)
Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
Basic knowledge of cybersecurity principles
Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Fundamentals are a plus
Experience from internships, academic projects, or personal IT initiatives
