Responsibilities
Own pre-sales strategy and technical solutioning for enterprise modernization pursuits
Engage CxOs to align modernization outcomes with strategic business drivers
Define transformation roadmaps leveraging both legacy deconstruction and GenAI-enabled rebuilds
Architect complex replatforming, refactoring, and hybrid modernization solutions
Mentor senior architects and delivery leads; contribute to offering innovation
Qualification
Required
12+ years in enterprise architecture and modernization, with large-scale program leadership
Extensive Legacy Knowledge (e.g. IBM z/series mainframe, Cobol, HL Assembler, AS/400, HP Tandem etc)
Thought leadership in modernization tooling, migration patterns, and GenAI-assisted delivery
Candidates should be active and ready to start within tight timeframe and be willing to do ad-hoc business trips within region
Prior delivery experience from pre-sales to production
Proven track record in closing multimillion-dollar deals and supporting executive-level engagements
Strong business acumen and ability to link modernization to P&L impact
Understanding of how customers budget
Experience of pre-sales from CxO down to Technical Level
Experience of Language Conversion Methodologies
Cloud solutioning experience (any of GCP/AWS/Azure)
Application, Infrastructure/Networks and Migration Experience
Architecture Domain Knowledge & Experience
Excellent Artefact/Collateral development skills
Development & Testing Methodology Experience (e.g. CI/CD, Java, C++, Python)
Data migration (DB2/VSAM etc)
GenAI experience (OpenAI/Anthropic)
Self-Starter & Team Player (can also lead & mentor if needed)
Working with geographically diverse teams across multiple timezones
