Responsibilities

Lead the development and delivery of clinical education programs that enhance staff competencies and support high-quality patient care
Coordinate training across multiple sites
Evaluate clinical skills
Collaborate with leadership to implement professional development strategies that align with our team-based care model

Qualification

California RN licenseBachelor of Science in NursingEHR systems (EPIC)Teaching experienceCurriculum developmentMicrosoft Office proficiencyMedical terminology knowledgeInterpersonal skillsCommunication skills

Required

Current California State Board RN license
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
Two (2) to three (3) years' clinical nursing experience in an outpatient care setting or ambulatory care as a nurse educator role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven experience in teaching or educational role
Strong interpersonal skills to engage and inspire medical staff
Proficiency with EHR systems (EPIC) and Microsoft Office tools
Ability to travel between TrueCare sites; valid CA driver's license and insurance required

Preferred

Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) and/or Doctor in Nursing Practice (DNP)
Community clinic experience
Experience in curriculum development
Knowledge of medical terminology, legal and technical aspects of a medical records system, and ICD-10 and CPT codes
