Keep jobsite OSHA compliant
Prepare and maintain job specific emergency action plan
Keep site stocked with PPE and all necessary safety equipment/signage
Complete all necessary safety documentation forms
Estimate vs cost report
Subcontractors/scope
Look ahead schedule vs base line schedule
Budget Management/quantity tracking/time entry
Project documentation (SWPPP, Daily Reports, Concrete logs)
Invoice, material, and equipment tracking
Contract drawings and submittals
Logistics/Construction sequence
Time management/self-perform crew management & coordination
Site/building layout and controls
Material/equipment management coordination
QA/QC
Team RCC - Estimating, PM, Safety, Yard
Unions trade scope & compliance
OAC
Subcontractors
Qualification
Required
5+ years' field management experience
Trade School, Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or Similar Field is ideal
Strong organizational skills, good time management, professionalism, and ability to work well with others. Sense of selflessness / humility / enterprise first mentality, emotional and social intelligence
Certifications/Licenses required = OSHA 10
Preferred
LEED
PMP
Computer and technology skills preferred
Bluebeam experience a plus
