Responsible for the design, development, timing and production release of a vehicle line Exhaust System and/or underbody heat shields
Quality improvements

Weight reduction and other efficiency improvement initiatives
Communicating technical product status to management
Interact with suppliers
Work closely with internal and external groups such as testing and prototype labs, CAE engineers, vehicle program team, supplier operations and manufacturing plants
Qualification
Required
Design and development experience in vehicle line Exhaust System and/or underbody heat shields
Experience in quality improvements, value optimization, weight reduction, and efficiency improvement initiatives
Ability to communicate technical product status to management
Experience interacting with suppliers and working closely with internal and external groups such as testing and prototype labs, CAE engineers, vehicle program team, supplier operations, and manufacturing plants
