Senior Director, Wholesale and TSD Sales

Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Wholesale and TSD organization including offer management/quoting
Responsible for meeting wholesale and TSD revenue targets and revenue growth objectives
Responsible for identifying and recommending business strategies to maximize total net revenue by optimizing Wholesale and TSD line of revenue
Responsible for the efficient hiring, training, and development of sales and support personnel for the wholesale and TSD group as supported by the business plan
Identify and then manage key systems required to grow Wholesale and TSD Channel as supported by the business plan
Responsible for collaborating with account management leadership for our Wholesale and TSD customers to ensure our customer base is taken care of per company scope of responsibility for account management
Establish and grow relationships with carriers, CLEC’s, resellers, and other telecom providers
Establish and grow relationships with TSD and TSB community
Establish and implement processes, policies, and procedures and tools that support the efficient quoting and customer ordering of wholesale and TSD customer services
Demonstrate and instill a commitment within the team to ensure a superior experience both for our wholesale partners, TSD and TSB partners and internal customers
Determine, track, and drive success metrics for wholesale and TSD line of revenue
Assist TSD’s and TSB’s with creating account plans and strategies to win new business
Develop and deploy long-range Wholesale and TSD Channel business plan enablement strategies
Drive Channel managers to drive TSD’s and TSB’s to support aggressive revenue growth goals
Serve as an internal advocate for systems and process readiness for Channel Managers
Serve as an escalation path for end customers or Agents to ensure excellent customer experience
Provide input on training content and process based on communications with TSD’s and TSB’s for Industry best practices, or recommended process improvements

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
5-10+ years Management experience in Telecom
10+ years specifically working in management that includes Wholesale and TSD responsibilities
Proven success leading indirect sales organizations
Deep experience in both Wholesale and Channel sales environments
A reputation for professionalism, accountability, and fiduciary responsibility
Expertise in developing and presenting innovative sales strategies, financial models, and business plans
Ability to communicate with clarity and confidence to all organizational levels — including C‑Suite
A growth mindset, strong business acumen, and the tenacity to execute
A passion for building strong relationships with partners, customers, and internal teams
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Word and CRM software
30-40% travel typically required
