New GradStellantis is offering a Supply Chain Management Student Program that provides students with the opportunity to work year-round throughout their academic journey. Participants will engage in meaningful projects within the Supply Chain Management organization, gaining valuable experience and contributing to various departments such as Demand Planning, Supply, Transportation, and Transformation Projects.

Work with manager to determine a consistent weekly work schedule fulfilling the 24-hour requirement while balancing class schedule
Engage in project-oriented assignments meaningful to the department

Participate in mentorship and networking opportunities
Attend skill development workshops and training sessions
Qualification
Required
Students are expected to work on-site 3 to 5 days per week, depending on business needs
Students are expected to work 24 hours per week, during normal business hours, Monday through Friday
Candidates who are selected for the program will work with their manager to determine a consistent weekly work schedule
Students are intended to stay in the program until graduation
Students will be assigned to a department based on the candidate's background and skill set
Assignments are project-oriented, meaningful to the department, and allow the student to provide valuable contributions
Students will experience a sense of personal accomplishment and learn about the corporate business culture through work assignments
Students will have exposure to cutting-edge projects and technologies
Students will work in a collaborative work environment
Students will receive mentorship from experienced professionals
Students will have networking opportunities with peers and leaders
Students will participate in skill development workshops and training sessions
Students will receive paid US holidays
