Responsibilities

Oversee, lead, and coach a team of insurance agents to achieve sales and performance targets
Recruiting, training, and supporting new agents
Developing strategies to drive market growth and increase client satisfaction
Work collaboratively with clients and team members to ensure the successful implementation of business solutions within the Las Cruces district

Knowledge of sales principles and ability to meet or exceed performance metrics
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills; ability to work independently and take initiative
Life, Health & Disability State License required, or be able to obtain in the starting weeks

Preferred

Prior experience in insurance, sales, or team management is highly preferred
