Responsibilities
Greet families and dancers during class hours
Answer questions about schedules, classes, and studio policies
Support trial dancers and enrollment conversations
Maintain a welcoming, professional lobby environment
Communicate clearly with teachers and leadership as needed
Respond to emails and messages during scheduled shifts
Log notes and updates accurately in studio systems
Assist with scheduling, records, and follow-up
Follow established processes and communication guidelines

Ability to work during class hours (Monday–Thursday: 4:30–8:30 PM, Saturday mornings)
