Responsibilities

Delivers appropriate care to patients from neonatal through geriatrics with regards to age specific considerations

Responsible for respiratory care given in any area of the hospital including special care units

May be assigned supervisory responsibilities when adequately prepared

Must be willing to learn cardiovascular procedures as required

Maintains good physical well being; job responsibilities require a great deal of walking, bending, pushing heavy equipment, wheel chairs and lifting patients

Maintains good emotional well being; possesses the ability to work under stress

Required

Graduate of an accredited respiratory therapy program
