Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant and ensure high standards of service and quality
Manage and train staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences
Assist in menu planning and food preparation, focusing on seasonal ingredients and high-quality products
Maintain knowledge of food and beverage trends and standards
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and restaurant policies
Qualification
Required
A passion for service that is supported by strong knowledge and prior experience in Food and Beverage in an upscale restaurant
Two to three years previous management experience in Food & Beverage outlets
Requires a working knowledge of division operations as well as Four Seasons cultural and core standards, policies, and standard operating procedures. Working knowledge is generally learned on-the-job
Attention to detail and ability to multitask. High level of creativity
Ability to work irregular hours, weekends, and evenings
Knowledge of food & beverage service, cost control, labor control, maintenance, merchandising, and accounting
Requires reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language
Must already be legally permitted to work in the United States
