Staffing Recruiter (Bilingual)
Connect Staffing Inc. is seeking a Bilingual Recruiter to drive recruiting success and ensure client satisfaction. This role focuses on executing sourcing strategies, leveraging technology, and maintaining strong client communication.

Responsibilities
Use available recruiting technology, ATS tools, and job boards to identify qualified candidates quickly and efficiently
Write effective job descriptions based on client-supplied information and the company’s strategic template
Match each client order with the most effective sourcing channel (e.g., Facebook, Craigslist, LinkedIn, Indeed) and adjust strategies as needed
Develop and execute sourcing campaigns targeted to Houston’s Spanish-speaking workforce, leveraging Spanish-language job boards, Facebook community groups, WhatsApp, local churches, and community organizations
Maintain candidate pipelines from Spanish-speaking community sources to ensure steady availability of qualified workers
Personally perform end-to-end recruiting activities—including sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates—to ensure client orders are fulfilled on time
Ensure compliance with all recruiting processes and documentation requirements
Conduct regular check-ins with client supervisors and HR partners to confirm satisfaction with placements and identify upcoming staffing needs
Address client concerns quickly and escalate issues when necessary to maintain positive relationships
Provide feedback loops to recruiters and clients on which sourcing and recruiting approaches are most effective
Qualification
Required
1-3 years of recruiting experience, preferably in light industrial, logistics, or manufacturing staffing
Understanding of ATS systems (TempWorks preferred)
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and deliver results in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trust and credibility with clients
Valid driver's license and willingness to visit client locations when required
Fluent in Spanish and English
High school diploma or equivalent required
Preferred
Experience with AI-driven recruiting tools and analytics is a plus, but not required
Familiarity with major sourcing platforms including Facebook, Craigslist, LinkedIn, and Indeed, with the ability to determine the best channel for each order (preferred not required)
Experience in customer service, recruiting, sales, HR and coordinating is a plus!
