Responsibilities
Drive core central FP&A processes for GBO including planning, forecasting, budget management, cost allocation, management reporting, and other ad hoc initiatives
Work with GRAS Finance teams and coordinate efforts to deliver impactful analysis and insights to senior stakeholders
Act as an FP&A partner for central business cost centers with a focus on budget management and reporting
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance DNA, Hub, Corporate FP&A, and Strategy and Operations (S&O) to ensure effective partnership and impactful results
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or another quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience
4 years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), consulting, or a related function, or 2 years with an advanced degree
Preferred
Experience with building data infrastructure (e.g., designing architecture, building data pipelines, implementing scalable monitoring) and implementing reporting solutions
Experience using SQL for data analysis and reporting
Experience with SAP
Experience developing strategies in fast-paced competitive environments
Ability to work with data to produce analysis, influencing decision making with numerical analysis and insight generation
Ability to take ownership and confidence to interact with all levels, set objectives, drive results, and be a team player
