Responsibilities
Train directly under top-producing Mortgage Bankers and leadership
Learn proven sales strategies through hands-on coaching
Make and receive calls from warm leads and multiple referral sources
Utilize CRM and loan origination systems to manage client pipelines
Guide clients through loan options and the approval process
Deliver top-tier customer service to borrowers and referral partners
Participate in sales meetings, contests, and incentive programs
Thrive in a fast-paced, competitive, team-based environment
Qualification
Required
No mortgage experience required—we train the right individuals
Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of inside sales, service, military, or commission-based experience
Outgoing, competitive, and people-oriented
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Motivated by money, growth, and performance
Self-starter who thrives without constant supervision
Organized, proactive, and solution-focused
Wants a long-term career—not just a job
Candidates must pass the SAFE Exam to continue in the role
