Responsibilities
Support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to enable data-driven business decisions
Manage cash flow planning, treasury operations, fund allocation, and foreign exchange activities
Prepare management reports and financial analyses to support communication between U.S. operations and global headquarters
Support month-end and quarter-end close processes in compliance with group policies and U.S. financial standards
Coordinate with financial institutions and support bank loan discussions or financing activities as needed
Assist with external audits, internal controls, and financial compliance requirements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, engineering, HR, procurement) to provide financial insights and support business alignment
Contribute to the establishment and continuous improvement of financial procedures as the U.S. entity expands
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
5+ years of experience in finance, accounting, FP&A, or treasury-related roles
Experience working in multinational organizations or U.S. business environments is required
Strong skills in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, cash management, and variance reporting
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Fluent English communication skills (listening, speaking, reading, and writing)
Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Preferred
Experience working in manufacturing environments is preferred; exposure to electronics, machining, automotive, or publicly listed companies is a plus
Master's degree is a plus
Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP or similar) is a plus
