Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive primary care across multiple care settings
Evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute & chronic conditions
Order labs, imaging, and specialist referrals
Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans
Counsel patients on lifestyle, diet, and preventive care
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
Maintain accurate, timely, and HIPAA-compliant medical records
Adhere to quality, safety, and infection control standards
Qualification
Required
MD or DO from an accredited U.S. medical school
Board Certified / Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Geriatrics, or Palliative/Hospice
Completed U.S. residency or 5-year pathway
Active New York medical license
DEA & DPS (or eligible during credentialing)
Preferred
Primary care or diagnostic experience preferred
Team-oriented, patient-centered approach
