Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day production for directional drilling and trenching crews
Ensure jurisdictional requirements are met
Manage onsite execution and maintain safety and compliance standards
Validate work against engineering plans
Coordinate permits and pre-construction steps
Ensure all required photos and documentation are captured daily
Support crews with materials/equipment needs
Confirm that sites are closed out cleanly with the jurisdiction
Oversee both in-house crews and subcontractors, often running several crews simultaneously
Qualification
Required
5+ years experience as a construction manager
Telecom OSP/Outside Plant
Construction management
