Split their time between assisting in a hardware refresh, windows upgrade and providing overall operational support for users across the various locations
Take direction, ask great questions, and be able to shift to different projects or support activities when needed
Be flexible as project and support demands vary based on locations
Qualification
Required
1-2 years of IT (preferably field services) experience
A degree or equivalent certifications in IT
